Eligibility Criteria for VITMEE 2020

Given below are the eligibility criteria for VITMEE exam-

Nationality: An applicant should be an Indian National. However, NRI/PIO/OCI candidates can apply through the International Relations Tab on the official website.

Educational Qualification:

  • Applicant should hold a full-time graduation degree in relevant discipline with at least 60% marks in MCA and M.Tech programs.
  • Those appearing in the final year of bachelor’s program can also apply.
  • Applicant should hold a consistent educational record in class 10th and class 12th.
  • Those with the educational gap of maximum 2 years can also apply.

VITMEE 2020 Application Form

The application form will be available on the official website of the Institute. It is important for the applicants to register themselves for the exam before filling the online application form. Applicants need to enter their personal details, educational details, etc in the application form. The entries should be made carefully as once the form undergoes submission then the candidates will not be given a chance to change the particulars in the form.

Applicants also should keep their scanned photograph and signatures handy in JPG/JPEG format. Candidates can book the exam slots as per their convenience. Candidates must pay the requisite amount of application fee for the exam or else their applications will be rejected by the authorities. Incomplete applications will also be liable to get rejected. Applicants need not send the application form by post to the authorities.

Since the admission will be given to the candidates based on the scores they secure in VITMEE exam, it is necessary for the applicants to prepare accordingly. Proper planning and execution surely will yield positive results. Here are some useful preparation tips that will help the candidates in fetching good marks, if followed wholeheartedly-

  1. First of all, skim through the complete syllabus and jot down the topics you’re not clear about.

VITMEE 2020 Admit Card

Candidates can download their admit card from the official website. Only those applicants will be given the hall ticket who have successfully submitted the application form with the required fee. Applicants also need to take the printout of their admit card for future reference. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam center without the admit card and a valid ID proof.

The Admit card will contain Applicant’s name, registration number, photograph, Signature, your postal address, slot, date of examination and the address of the test centre, test schedule and set of instructions. If a candidate spots a discrepancy in the hall ticket, he/she must inform the officials without further ado.

VITMEE 2020 Result and Counselling

To check the result of the VITMEE 2020, applicants need to visit the official website of the Institute. Candidates can see their result status/score by using their application number and date of birth. The authority will publish a merit list of the candidates shortlisted for further interview/counselling process. The merit list will be compiled based on the performance of the candidates in the exam. The selected applicants will then be called for the counselling session, where they need to indicate their preferred choice of branch. Applicants need to deposit RS 12,000/- as the counselling fee which will be later on adjusted in the tuition fee.
