TS EAMCET 2022: Application Form (6 April), Eligibility criteria, Exam Date (Released)

TS EAMCET 2022: A common entrance test, TS EAMCET is conducted to provide the candidates admissions into engineering, technology, pharmacy, agricultural and different other courses.  TS EAMCET 2022 will be conducted on 14th, 15th, 18th, 19th and 20th July 2022 and its application form will be released on 6th April 2022. The candidates who clear this exam will be offered admissions into the university/ private colleges in the Telangana state. The exam will be conducted online and interested candidates can submit their application form also in online mode. The important details related to the TS EAMCET 2022 are provided further in this article.

Important Dates

Application Form for TS EAMCET 2022

The candidates can obtain the TS EAMCET 2022 application form from the official website eamcet.tsche.ac.in. The first step towards application form filling is the payment of application fee. The link for ‘application fee payment’ will be available on the website. The fee submission can be done either through cash at TS Online/ AP Online Center or by Debit card/ Credit card/ Net Banking. The candidates will have to provide the personal details such as name, date of birth, qualifying exam hall ticket number, mobile number, email id, etc in the fee payment form. A payment reference id will be generated after fee submission which will be used for future correspondence.

Application fee structure:

After the successful payment of the application fee, the applicants will have to fill the application form. The candidates will have to provide father’s name, gender, category, Aadhaar card number, address, bank details, qualifying exam details, etc in the form.

The scanned images of candidates’ image and photograph will also be uploaded in the TS EAMCET application form 2019. Both the files should be in JPG format. The maximum size of photograph should be 50 kb and that of signature should be 30 kb.

You can either save a partially filled form and can continue to fill it later. After entering complete details in the form, you can click on ‘submit’. After you click on ‘submit’ a preview of the form will appear. At the bottom of the page, you can either click ‘modify’ to change the data or ‘confirm’ to confirm the application submission. A registration number will be generated after this. Note it down and keep it safe for future reference.

As the whole process is completed, do not forget to take a printout of the application form. The printout of the TS EAMCET application form can also be taken at a later stage.

TS EAMCET 2022 Eligibility Criteria

The following eligibility criteria for TS EAMCET 2022 must be fulfilled by the applying candidates:

Nationality:

The candidates of Indian nationality, Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) and Overseas Citizen of India (OCIs) who belong to the state of Telangana/ Andhra Pradesh can apply.

Qualification:

1. For B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture/ Horticulture, B.Sc. (Forestry), B.F.Sc. and 50% seats of B.Tech. (FT) courses:

The candidates who have cleared or are appearing in the intermediate exam (10+2) or any equivalent exam recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana/ Andhra Pradesh can apply for TS EAMCET 2019. The qualifying exam must be passed with any two of the below-mentioned subjects:

• Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture/ Horticulture: Physical Sciences, Biological or Natural Sciences, Agriculture, Vocational Course in Agriculture
• Sc. (Forestry): Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry
• V.Sc. & A.H.: Physical Sciences, Biological/ Natural Sciences
• F.Sc.: Physical Sciences, Biological/ Natural Sciences, Vocational Course in Fishery Sciences.
• Tech. (Food Technology): Mathematics, Physical Sciences or Physical Sciences, Biological/ Natural Sciences

Age limit: The lower age limit is 17 years and upper age limit is 22 years (25 for SC/ ST candidates) as on 31^st December 2022.

2. For Engineering, Bio-Technology, B.Tech (Dairy Technology/ Agriculture Engineering), 50% seats in B. Pharmacy, 50% B.Tech seats in (Food Technology) courses:

The aspirants should have passed (or appearing) in the intermediate exam (10+2) or equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ related vocational course. The minimum marks in aggregate of these subjects should be 45% (40% for reserved candidates).

Age limit (for B.Tech courses): The lower age limit is 17 years and upper age limit is 22 years (25 for SC/ ST candidates) as on 31^st December 2022.

3. For 50% seats in B. Pharmacy:

• The candidates should have cleared or are appearing in the intermediate exam (10+2) or equivalent with Biology, Physics and Chemistry by obtaining at least 45% marks aggregate (40% for reserved candidates) in these subjects.

Age limit: The lower age limit is 16 years and there is no upper age limit.

4. For Pharma-D courses (50% seats for M.P.C and 50% seats for Bi.P.C candidates):

Those who have cleared (or appearing) the intermediate or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology or have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma in Pharmacy course with 45% marks (40% for reserved candidates) in aggregate of these subjects are considered eligible for TS EAMCET 2019.

Age limit: The lower age limit is 17 years.

TS EAMCET Admit Card 2022

The admit card for TS EAMCET 2022 will be uploaded on the official website. The candidates must carry this admit card/ hall ticket along with the filled in application form to the exam center. The application form should be duly affixed recent color photograph attested by Gazetted Officer/ Principal of the College of the qualifying examination and thumb impression.

TS EAMCET 2022 Exam Pattern

The test will be computer-based, i.e., online.

The duration of examination will be 180 minutes.

The test paper will be bilingual, in English & Telugu or in English & Urdu.

There will be 160 questions in the paper each carrying 1 mark.

There will be no negative marking.

All the questions will be of objective type.

TS EAMCET 2022 Result and Counseling

The result of TS EAMCET 2022 will be declared on the official website. The candidates can check their result by entering their Registration Number, EAMCET Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth. The candidates securing the required qualifying marks in TS EAMCET 2022 will be given ranking on the basis of combined score obtained in the entrance exam (75% weightage to the normalized marks) and the marks secured in Biology, Physics, and Chemistry subjects of the qualifying examination (25% weightage). The candidates will also be able to download their rank card from the website.

The qualified candidates will be invited for taking part in the counseling process. The candidates can exercise their choices for colleges and courses through online mode. The list of the colleges and courses will be available on the official website. As per the choices made and considering other criteria, the provisional allotment of seats will be done, most probably in the month of June.
