2018 and sucessfully passed the exam in 2018 itself, will he be eligible to appear in NEET 2019.
    3. In case the same candidate is unable to qualify his compartment in the year 2018 itself and finally cleared his Compartment in the
Chemistry subject in the year 2019 then which type of Marksheet will be issued by CBSE to the candidate, Regular or Private.

Compartment in the next year i.e 2019 will he be eligible to appear in NEET 2019 Exam or not.

    1. Hi Rajnish,

      As far as my concern
      1. PCB% for OBC is 40%.
      2. Yes, he/she is eligible.
      3. According to CBSE Official “A candidate placed in compartment may reappear at the compartmental examination to be held in July/August and may avail himself/herself of the second chance in March/April next year and may further avail himself/herself of the third chance at the compartmental examinations to be held in July/August of that year. The candidate will be declared ‘Pass’ provided he/she qualifies the compartmental subject/subjects in which he/she had failed.” It means you will get the regular degree.
      4. I think he/she is eligible. However, they have to fulfill the NEET exam criteria before the deadline specified by the authority.

  27. It would be very difficult for IB board students to give NEET as the IB board & NEET exam clashes in the month of May. Some consideration should be given to IB board students who would like to give NEET exam where they will not have sufficient time to prepare for the exam. Atleast 1month gap should be there between the board exam & NEET which would fetch the medical aspiring students to prepare well. Moreover, NEET follows NCERT syllabus which is different from IB board syllabus. They have to be given enough time to prepare for NEET. Hope the concerned authorities look into this matter seriously and take necessary steps for a change.
