KEE Exam Pattern- No. of Questions, Exam Duration, Exam Mode

Candidates wishing to appear for Karunya entrance exam must make themselves familiar with the KEE Exam Pattern in order to understand the overall structure of the exam. The exam will be conducted in online mode. There will be a penalty for marking the wrong answers. Candidates will be asked questions in the objective form where they’ll have to select one option out of the given four choices. To fetch better marks in the entrance exam, students should prepare an effective exam strategy keeping in mind the KEE Exam pattern and the syllabus specified by the authority.

KEE Exam Pattern

Candidates should be familiar with the exam pattern of KEE entrance examination as well as the syllabus prescribed for the same. To score good marks in the exam, they should prepare for the exam strictly as per the KEE Syllabus prescribed by the authority. The syllabus will typically be based on the subjects taught at class 11 and 12^th level. The KEE Exam Pattern is as follows-

• Exam mode: The exam will be conducted in the online mode i.e. computer-based test where a computer system will be allotted to the candidates to mark the answer on the screen.
• Duration of the exam: Candidates will get a total of 2 hours 30 minutes to complete the test.
• Exam language: Questions in the exam will be asked in English language only.
• Type of questions: There will be objective type questions asked in the exam. Candidates will have to choose one option out of the four different choices given in the question.
• Total number of questions: There will be a total of 120 questions asked in the entrance exam.
• Marking scheme: For every answer marked correctly, students will be awarded 1 mark.
• Negative marking: There is a provision of negative marking. In case a candidate marks the wrong answer then 0.25 marks will be deducted. No marks will be deducted if the candidate skips the questions.

The exam pattern for B.Tech in biotechnology/food processing technology and B.Sc in agriculture/horticulture is given below­. Candidates who have studied mathematics instead of biology at +2 level can choose the exam with PCM subjects instead of PCB.
