KEAM 2022: The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala organizes KEAM (Kerala Engineering, Agriculture and Medical) entrance examination every year. KEAM is a state level entrance test conducts for offering admission to engineering & pharmacy programmes in Kerala state. Previously, admission to B.Arch and Medical & Allied courses was also provided through KEAM but from 2016 onwards the exam organizes only for admission to engineering courses. Candidates who are seeking admission to medical & allied courses have to qualify NEET 2022 exam. For B.Arch courses, candidates should have a NATA score. The CEE will only conduct a Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) for medical and architecture courses. In this article, candidates can get complete details on KEAM 2022.

Eligibility criteria
Candidates must satisfy the important eligibility criteria before filling the application form. The details about KEAM eligibility criteria 2022 are provided below:
Nationality/domicile:
- Indian citizen/PIO/OCI candidates are eligible to apply.
- Students seeking admission through KEAM 2022 will be categorized as Keralite, Non-Keralite Category -1 (NK I) and Non-Keralite Category -2 (NK 2).
Age limit
- The minimum age limit for candidate should be 17 years as on 31st December 2022.
- There will be no provision for upper age limit to apply.
Educational qualification
Candidate should have done Higher Secondary or its equivalent examination with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category) in mathematics separately and in PCM subject put together.
KEAM Application form 2022: How to apply?
Interested and eligible candidates can apply for KEAM 2022 through online mode. KEAM registration process has been commenced from 6th April 2022. Candidates can apply through the single form for admission to any programme. More than one application received from the single candidate will not be accepted. During the form filling process, candidates have to upload the scanned images of photograph, signature & left-hand thumb impression as per the given format. Submit the duly filled in application form before the due date. Candidates have to send the print copy of the filled application along with the important documents to the address mentioned below:

Application fee
Candidates have to pay Rs. 700/- (Rs. 300 for SC category) for Engineering only/ B.Pharm only/both. There will be no application fee for candidates belonging to ST category. The payment of fee can be paid through debit card/ credit card/internet banking or Demand Draft.
Syllabus
The syllabus will be prescribed by the CEE, Kerala. Basically, the KEAM syllabus 2022 will consist of 12th/Higher Secondary or equivalent examination subjects. It covers the topics & chapters from Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics subjects based on class 12th.

Admit Card
The admit cards for KEAM exam 2022 will be available to download from 10th June 2022. Candidates can obtain the admit card through online mode from the official website. It should be noted down, admit card will not be sent via post or any other offline mode. Candidates can download KEAM Hall Ticket 2022 by entering their unique application number and date of birth.
KEAM 2022 Result
The result will be announced by the authority after a few days of the examination. It is expected that the KEAM exam 2022 result will be declared in July 2022. Candidates can check their result online mode from the official website. After the announcement of result, a separate KEAM merit list 2022 for engineering courses will be published by the authority. Based on this merit/rank list, candidates will be called for counselling.
KEAM 2022 Counselling
The Centralized Allotment Process will be organized by the authority through the Single Window System (SWS) for the allotment of seats to various courses & colleges in Kerala. The process of counselling will be held in the month of July 2022 through online mode. The admission to the engineering programme will be made on the basis of merit. During the counselling, candidates have to fill choices of courses & colleges as per their preferences. The final admission will be done on the basis of rank, filled options, category, availability of seats, etc.
