Courses Offered
Candidates can apply for the given branch of engineering as per their choice- Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communication, Mechanical Engineering. The architecture courses provided by the University are B.Arch and B.Arch (self-finance).
JMI EEE 2022Application Form
Candidates need to apply to the University for admission in B.Tech and B.Arch by filling the application form. The application form can only be filled in online mode. Students need to visit the official website of the JMI to apply for admission in the given courses. Candidates need to provide the JEE Main application number in the form.
The form must be filled very carefully as only a few details can be corrected while filling the online form. They can make changes in the following details- Reservation category, Preference, Academic Records, and Test Centre. Applicants also need to keep their scanned photograph and signature handy. A mandatory application fee is to be paid to complete the online form submission. The applications received without the required amount of fee will be rejected.
Application Fee
An amount of Rs. 550/- has to be paid by all the applicants as the application fee for JMI EEE 2022 irrespective of the category they belong. The payment of the stated fee can be made via either of the two modes- 1) debit card/credit card/net banking and 2) SBI E-Challan.
Eligibility Criteria for JMI Admission 2022
Before applying for the JMI EEE 2022, applicants must make sure that they fulfill the necessary conditions for admission in engineering and architecture programs. Here are the eligibility criteria laid down by the authority that must be fulfilled no matter what-
For B.Tech program
| Age limit | An applicant’s age must be minimum 17 years old as on 31st December 2021. |
| Qualifying Examination | Applicants should have passed class 12th or its equivalent with PCM subject group from a recognized board/university or should have done diploma course in relevant discipline from a recognized institute/college. |
| Percentage Required | Applicants should have secured at least 55% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination. |
| JEE Main Status | Only those who appear in Paper-I of JEE Main Examination can apply for admission. |
For B.Arch program
| Qualifying Examination | Applicants must have passed class 12th or its equivalent with PCM subject group and English from a recognized board/university or should have done diploma course in relevant discipline from a recognized institute/college. |
| Percentage Required | Applicants should have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (PCM subjects) in the qualifying exam. |
| JEE Main Status | Only those who appear in Paper-II of JEE Main Examination can apply for admission |
Result and Merit list
It is mandatory for the candidates to qualify in the JEE Main exam to be eligible for admission in JMI. The result of the JMI EEE 2022 will be based on the All India merit rank obtained by the candidates in the exam.
