Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination has releasd JKCET Application Form on 17th March 2022. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through online mode. Filling up the JKCET Application Form 2022 will be the initial stage for the candidates seeking admission in B.E/ B.Tech programmes at the Jammu and Kashmir state. Before applying for the test, candidates are advised to must go through the JKCET eligibility criteria carefully and then proceed to fill the application form. Candidates should submit the duly filled applications before the due date in order to participate in the JKCET exam 2022. List of documents required at the time of J&K CET Application process
Candidates must keep ready with scanned copies of the following documents while filling up the JKCET Application Form 2022.
- Photograph, Thumb Impression, and Signature
- Permanent Resident Certificate
- Date of Birth Certificate
- Qualifying Marks Certificate (if available)
- Reserved Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Debit card/credit card /Net banking details
Application fee for JKCET application form
Candidates will have to pay Rs. 1200/-as necessary application fee. The payment can be made via online mode only using Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit card, payment gateways.
How to apply for JKCET Exam 2022?
Interested candidates who are satisfying all the required eligibility norms can follow the below mentioned stepwise instructions while filling the application form. The application procedure for JKCET exam will involve the following steps:

Step 1: Filling up JKCET Application Form
To fill the application form, candidates have to visit the official website link and click on the “Apply online” button. Thereafter, a registration page will be displayed on the screen containing following information:
- Month and year of Applying
- Important Instructions
- Registration timeline
- Instructions for uploading documents
- Steps to fill the details in the application form
Candidates are suggested to read the instructions carefully and click on “Application form” link. Thereafter, candidate needs to fill the following basic details in the application form
- Name of candidate
- Parent’s name
- Select Gender (Male/Female)
- Date of Birth
- Select your state subject of J&K
- PRC issue date
- Exam Centre location
- Email address
- Confirm Email ID
Step 2: Fill the Correspondence/ Communication Address and Academic details:
Candidates have to provide the Permanent mailing address and correspondence address. Moreover, they need to enter their academic details in the following order:
- Choose exam passed/appeared (Higher Secondary – 10+2)
- Appearing/Passing year
- Enter College/School Name from where passed the 10+2
- Total marks allotted
- Marks scored in the qualifying exam
- Percentage of Marks
- Enter subject-wise marks for Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics
Step 4: Uploading of images
Now, candidates need to upload the scanned images of the photograph, signature and left thumb impression in the given format as tabled below

Step 5: Review the details
After filling all the details in the application form and uploading images, candidates will see two options in the form i.e. “edit application” and “preview confirmation button.” Candidates are advised to verify the details carefully. In case of editing, click on the “edit application” option and make the necessary changes in the form and proceed forward. Thereafter, click on the “preview confirmation page button” and you will be directed to “provisional confirmation page”. After that click the submit button.
Step 6: Application fee payment
Once the application form has been reviewed and submitted, candidates will be redirected to the application fee payment gateway. At this stage, candidates will be needed to make the payment of Rs. 800 as required application fee. Fee can be paid through credit card/net banking/ debit card which will be through Jammu & Kashmir Bank integrated payment gateway.
Step 7-: Uploading of Documents:
After the successful submission of application fee, applicants will be needed to upload their necessary documents including educational/reservation/category documents in PDF format as per the guidelines given in the information brochure.
Step 8: Submit the duly filled Application Form:
Once the documents have been uploaded, candidates will be allowed to submit the application form completed in all respects. Do not forget to take the print out of the submitted application form for the future reference. Please note down, there will be no need to send the hard copy of application form the admission authority.
JKCET admit card will be issued to those candidates only who have submitted the application form in the prescribed manner before the due date.
