The admit card for the JEE Advanced exam has been released now. It will be released around 1 week before the exam. The candidates will be required to download the admit card from the official website. The link is not yet available but it shall be posted here as soon as it will be known. The admit card is a very important document which shall be required at the time of the exam. Candidates appearing for the exam must essentially carry the admit card to the exam hall, otherwise, they shall not be allowed to enter the exam hall.
To download the admit card for JEE Advanced, the candidates must follow the steps given below.
- To begin with, the candidates must click on the link given below.
- Using the registration number and the date of birth, the candidates must log in to the official portal.
- The admit card link shall be present on the page, by clicking on which, the candidates can download and print the admit card.
- This must then be printed and laminated and presented at the time of the advanced exam.
JEE Advanced Result 2022
The result of the JEE Advanced exam shall be announced in the month of June 2022. After the release of the advanced result, the architecture aptitude test will be held. The result for the same shall also be uploaded on the official website. The link for the result shall also be posted here as soon as it is available. After the result will be declared, the counselling shall take place where the seat allotment will be done for the various IITs involved. More information about the result shall be posted here as soon as it will be notified by the official authorities. The JAC shall announce the All India Rank of the candidates based on their score. - The candidates must then enter their JEE advanced roll number and the birth date in order to check the result.
- This must be submitted and the score obtained by the candidate (If he has qualified) shall appear on the screen, along with the All India Rank (if applicable).
- It must be noted that only the candidates who score above 7% in all the three subjects shall be allotted rank and marks in the common merit list. All others shall stand as non-qualifiers.
- Separate merit lists shall be announced for the different categories of the reserved group.
JEE Advanced Counselling 2022
The counselling for the JEE Advanced will be carried out in the month of June-July 2022 by the JoSAA. The candidates who will be shortlisted for admissions to IIT/ISM Dhanbad on the basis of Advanced exam will be required to undergo the following mentioned stages of counselling. Please note that a mere selection for counselling process doesn’t guarantee a seat in IIT. It shall purely depend on the performance of the candidates, availability of seats and other factors as in concerned.
- Online Registration: The candidates will have to register online for the counselling via the official portal. The direct link to the same shall be updated here when available.
- Online Choice Filling: After the registration process, the candidates will be required to enter their choices online. The choices of courses and streams will be entered from the available list.
- Online Seat Allotment: Based on the result of JEE Advanced exam and the ranks secured in the same, the seat allotment is carried out in the online mode. The preferences entered by the candidates are also put into concern and the seats are allotted.
- Online Provisional Admission: The candidates must be present physically at the zonal IIT that has been allotted to them for the verification of documents and payment of admission fee.
