- The candidates need to have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination and with a minimum of 50% marks in each of the “Best Four” subjects.
- The best of four subjects must include:
- One subject from English/Hindi (core or elective) and three other subjects from the following: any one language (offered by CBSE or its equivalent board at10+2 level); Biology; Physics; Chemistry; Mathematics; Economics; History; Political Science; Geography; Sociology; Philosophy; Psychology; Business Studies/ Accountancy. Or
- One subject from English/Hindi (Core or Elective), two other subjects from anyone language (other than that chosen in list I, offered by CBSE or its equivalentboard at 10+2 level); Biology; Physics; Chemistry; Mathematics; Economics; His-tory; Political Science; Geography; Sociology; Philosophy; Psychology; Business Studies/ Accountancy and Any other subject in class 12th offered by CBSE or its equivalent board.
- Apart from this, the candidate must have studied and Passed Hindi/ English, Science, Mathematics and Social Science till class 10th.
