Delhi Polytechnic Counselling 2021: The candidates who will qualify the CET Delhi exam successfully will be invited by conducting board to attend the counselling. Counselling Procedure for Delhi CET Counselling 2021

The Delhi Polytechnic counselling will include various stages such as fee payment, registration, choice filling, seat allotment, etc. The counselling process of CET Delhi will be held in online mode. The authority will invite the selected candidates for counselling process as per the merit list decided on the basis of entrance test. Counselling will be organized in four rounds. Check the stepwise Delhi CET counselling process below:

Payment of Processing Fee:

At first, candidates have to pay Rs. 723/ as the requisite processing fee to appear in the counselling process. The payment can be made through debit card, net banking and challan.

Online Registration:

After the payment of processing fee, candidates will be allowed to register for counselling through the online mode. During the registration, candidates have to fill the details like CET Application Number, Test Number, and many others. After filling the details on online registration form, click the submit button.

Online Choice submission:

Once the registration has been done successfully, candidates can proceed to fill their choices through the website. They need to log in with their unique ID and password and fill their choices. After filling the choices, the candidate should lock the same. Don’t forget to take the printout of the filled choices.

Seat Allotment Result:

The result of seat distribution will be displayed online at the official website. In order to check the result, the candidate needs to log in with ID & password. Candidate should take the printout of the Provisional Allotment Letter. This letter will contain important details related counselling like reporting date, time, venue, etc.

Completion of Admission Formalities:

At the end, candidates have to report to the allotted institute as mentioned in the provisional allotment letter. They need to carry the required documents and fees for admission. Once the document verification process is over, students will get a “Letter of seat allotment” to validate admission.

Candidate must bring the following certificates while reporting at the allotted institute:

  • Demand draft of the prescribed fee
  • Provisional Letter of seat allotment
  • Online registration receipt.
  • Slip of processing fee
  • Filled choices application form.
  • Category certificate (if applicable)
  • Delhi Polytechnic admit card & scorecard
  • Qualifying exam mark sheet & passing certificate
  • Two recent photographs
  • Character certificate
