CTET 2022: (Starting of Online Application date is February 2022, 1st week) CBSE will be conducting CTET exam to assess the essential qualifications required to be eligible for appointment as a teacher in the government schools. Interested candidates can apply for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test by filling the online form. The exam may be conducted in July 2022. Candidates need to ensure their eligibility status before appearing in the exam. Candidates will get a total of two hours thirty minutes to finish the paper. There will be no negative marking in CTET exam. Candidates should attempt all the questions if possible.
CTET 2022 Exam Key Highlights
- CBSE will not release any separate offline/printed application form for CTET 2022. Candidates can apply for the exam only via online mode.
- Applicants need to mention their own mobile number and email id while submitting the online application as the alerts will be sent on the registered number and email id.
- Candidates need not send the confirmation page of the application to the authority once they have submitted the form.
- No applications will be considered once the due date for the same has passed.
- CBSE will send the eligibility certificate to the qualified candidates by post. It will not be held responsible for the delay or non-receipt of the eligibility certificate.
- Candidates need to score minimum 60% marks to qualify CTET 2022 exam. They can also appear in the exam to improve their scores.

CTET 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates can check their eligibility status for appearing in CTET 2022 exam from the information given below-
Eligibility for primary stage (class I to V)
- Candidates should have completed senior secondary or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of diploma in elementary education or
- Senior secondary or its equivalent with minimum 45% marks and have passed/appearing in diploma in elementary education in accordance with NCTE or
- Passed senior secondary or equivalent with at least 50% marks and have passed B.El.Ed or
- Completed senior secondary exam with minimum 50% marks and have completed or appearing in the final year diploma in education (special education) or
- Candidates should have done graduation in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks and have done B.Ed.
Eligibility for elementary stage (class VI to VIII)
- Candidates should have done graduation in any discipline and passed or appearing in final year of diploma in elementary education or
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed program or
- Graduation with minimum 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year (B.Ed) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) or
- Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed) or
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/ B.Sc.Ed or
- Graduation with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education) or
- Qualified B.Ed. Programme recognized by the NCTE.
CTT Application form 2022
The process to apply for CTET 2022 examination is explained below-
- Go to the CTET official website ctet.nic.in.
- Click on the “Apply Online” link.
- Fill in the online application form carefully and note down registration number/application no.
- Upload scanned photograph and signature.
- Go to the payment of the application fee page and pay the fee.
- Print the confirmation page once the form is submitted and retain it for future references.
The photos to be uploaded must be in JPG/JPEG format, the size of the scanned images should be between 10 KB and 100 KB. The information provided by the candidates must be correct as per their official records. If it is found that the candidates have given incorrect details, then they won’t be allowed to take the test and will be disqualified from the future exams also.

CTET Admit Card
- The admit card can be downloaded from the official website i.e. ctet.nic.in.
- Candidates need to check the details in the admit card and report the inconsistencies if any is found.
- They must carry the printed copy of the hall ticket to the exam along with a valid ID proof.
- In case, they do not bear the said documents, they won’t be permitted to take the exam.
CTET Result
- Candidates can check the result of CTET online through the official website.
- The qualification criteria for CTET are that a candidate must secure minimum 60% marks in the exam.
- The result once published on the website will be treated as the final. No request for re-evaluation of the papers shall be entertained in this regard.
- The mark statement will also be sent to the candidates through post at their registered address.
- CTET result will be valid for 7 years from the date of announcement of the result.

Namaste.I have applied for the ctet December 2021 exam. They have found problem in my photograph and in my signature updation. I have uploaded my photograph and I think that there is no problem with my signature and also I tried to modify my signature in the form.But it never responds.Kindly guide me if any problem may come due to this signature.Today December 13 is told as the last date. Do they accept this or any thing problem may kindly guide me sir.
