CENTAC PG 2023 will be conducted by the Centralized Admission Committee to provide the candidates admissions into different postgraduate courses offered by the institutes of Pondicherry. Enrolment will be granted in the field of engineering, technology, agriculture, law, management, etc. The interested candidates can submit their application in online mode starting from the month of June 2023. CENTAC PG 2023 Application Form
CENTAC PG application form 2023 will be released in online mode and the candidates will be able to fill their application form by visiting the official website. Along with providing all the basic personal, educational and contact details in the application form, the candidates will also have to upload the scanned copies of their photograph, signature and all other important documents. After providing all the information into the form, the candidates can submit it along with the required application fee.
Application fee
The application fee will be Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 500/- for SC/ ST candidates) and the payment can be done online through Net Banking / Debit Card or offline through demand draft drawn in favor of “The Coordinator, CENTAC” payable at Puducherry.
CENTAC PG 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The course-wise eligibility criteria for CENTAC PG 2023 are provided below:

| M.Tech | The candidates must hold a BE or B.Tech degree or its equivalent from a recognized institute/ university in the relevant field with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks. |
| M.Sc | A bachelor’s degree in science with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or bachelor’s degree in science- Applied Science or B.Sc Electronics Science with Physics & Mathematics or B.Sc Ceramics Technology/ Polymer Technology with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate is required. |
| M.Phil in Physics | The applicants should have hold M.Sc Physics/ Materials Science & Technology degree with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks. |
| MCA | The candidates should have done BCA/ BBA or hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Commerce/ Corporate Secretaryship/ Economics with Mathematics/ Business Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Applications as one of the subjects.
The candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects are also eligible. A minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category candidates) is required in the qualifying exam. |

| M.V.Sc | The applicants must hold a B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree recognized by VCI with a minimum OGPA of 6.0 in 10.0 point scale (5.5 for SC/ ST candidates). |
| M.Sc. (Nursing) | The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council.
The candidate should hold B.Sc. Nursing/ B.Sc. Hons. Nursing/ Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing degree with minimum of 55% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ ST candidates) from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. Minimum one year of work experience is required after Basic B.Sc. Nursing, as on 31.7.2023. Minimum one year of work experience prior or after Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, as on 31.7.2023 is also necessary. |
| MPT | 3-year BPT degree from a recognized university with 6 months of compulsory rotatory internship is mandatory. The minimum aggregate marks shall be 55% (50% for SC/ ST candidates). |

CENTAC PG 2023 Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of merit list prepared by CENTAC. For admissions into M.Sc (Nursing)/ M.Pharma/ MPT/ M.Sc (Agriculture/ Horticulture)/ M.V.Sc courses, the merit list will be performed on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the entrance test conducted by the CENTAC. For other courses, the list will be drawn on the basis of the marks scored by the candidates in their qualifying exam (GATE for M.Tech).
The selected candidates will have to report to the allotted institute along with their documents and required tuition fee. The documents and eligibility of the candidates will be verified at the time of admission and those who fulfill all criteria will be granted final admissions.
