The Bharti Vidyapeeth University (BVP) offers the candidates admission into its law courses on the basis of entrance exam. Candidates who wish to appear for the exam can submit their applications in online mode. Admission will be given into the LLB, BA.LLB, BBA.LLB and LLM courses offered by the New Law College, Pune. Important Highlights
- The candidates must carry the receipt of payment of application fee on the day of exam along with the other documents.
- For admission into LLM courses, the candidates will have to appear in group discussion round conducted on the day of exam itself.
- Candidates should visit the official website from time to time so that they do not miss out on any important update.
- The application fee once submitted will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Choice for the exam center should be provided at the time of filling the application form. Once allotted no change will be possible in the exam center.
- Admission will be granted to the candidates on the basis of their merit in the CET and subject to fulfillment of eligibility.

Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must meet the following requirements in order to be eligible for BVP CET Law 2022:
For 3-year LLB degree programme:
- Age limit: The maximum age of the candidates should not be more than 30 years (35 years for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates).
- Educational qualification: A bachelor degree in any stream from a recognized university with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates) in aggregate is required.
For 5-year BA.LLB & BBA.LLB degree programmes:
- Age limit: Maximum age of the candidates must not exceed 20 years in case of general category and 22 years in case of SC, ST and OBC category.
- Educational qualification: The applicants should have passed their class 12th or equivalent exam from a recognized board securing a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates).
For 1-year & 2-year LLM degree programme:
- Educational qualification: The applicant should hold a LL.B. degree from any recognized university with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates).
Application Form
The university has released the application form for BVP CET Law 2022 on its official website www.bvuniversity.edu.in. Candidates should fill the application form providing all the details very carefully and submit the form on or before the last specified date.
- Candidates will have to provide their personal and educational details into the application form.
- Scanned copies of candidates’ photograph and signature will also be uploaded on the application.
- After providing all the details, the candidates can submit the application form along with the required application fee.
- Applicants should take a copy of the filled-in application form in case of future correspondence.
- The candidates must make sure that all the information provided in the application form is true and correct or else the form will be rejected.
Application fee:
- To complete the process of application, the candidates will have to pay an amount of Rs. 1200/- as application fee.
- Payment of application fee can be done through online mode using credit card/ debit card/ net banking.
Admit Card
- The applicants can download their admit card from the official website of the university bvuniversity.edu.in.
- A printout of the admit card should be taken to be carried to the exam center. No candidate in the absence of admit card can appear for the exam.
- Along with the admit card, the candidates should also carry a valid identity proof and latest photograph to the exam center.
- No admit card will be sent to the candidates via post or courier and will only be uploaded online.
- Candidates should keep their admit card safe even after the commencement of exam as it may be required at the time of counseling and admission.

Result
- Candidates can check the result of the entrance test by visiting the official website of the university.
- Merit list of the qualified candidates will be prepared and placed on the university’s website.
- The merit list will be drawn based on the marks obtained by them in the entrance test.
- Authorities will conduct the counseling and admission of the candidates as per their names in the merit list.
Admission Process
- Shortlisted candidates will have to report for counseling along with the important documents in original and photocopy as well.
- Documents and eligibility of the candidates will be verified during the counseling.
- Admission will be granted to the candidates once their documents are verified successfully.
- The admitted candidates should confirm their enrolment by submitting the admission and other fee as prescribed.
- Failure to do so will result in loss of claim for admission and no request in this regard will be entertained.
