AISECT Joint Entrance Exam (AJEE) is an all India entrance test conducted for admission into AISECT Group of Universities in MP, CG, Bihar and Jharkhand. Selected candidates will be offered enrolment into various courses in the fild of engineering, education, administration, etc. Interested candidates will be able to fill their application form from the month of March 2023 onwards. AJEE 2023

  • For admission to LLM course, an interview of the shortlisted candidates will also be conducted.
  • Registration for AJEE can also be done by visiting the information centers. Details can be founded by contacting these centers.
  • Successfully registered candidates need to download their admit card and appear for the exam.
  • Entrance exam will be conducted in both online and offline mode and candidates can appear in any one as per their choice.
  • Candidates seeking admission in any of the offered course need to appear for the entrance exam necessarily.

AJEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Below given are the course-wise eligibility criteria for appearing in AJEE 2023:

Undergraduate courses:

  • BE: The candidates should have passed their class 12th exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with not less than 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates).
  • B.Sc Agriculture: A pass in class 12th or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics or Agricultural subject is required.
  • B.Sc Nursing and BPT: The applicants should have passed class 12th with Biology subjects and 45% marks in minimum.
  • B.Ed: Applicants should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any stream with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates).
  • B.P.Ed: Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates) is required.
  • BA LLB: A pass in class 12th or equivalent exam scoring no less than 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates) is required.
  • LLB: Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in any field with not less than 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates) can apply.

Postgraduate courses:

  • M.Ed: B.Ed with a minimum of 55% marks or D.El.Ed with B.Sc 1st division is required.
  • MBA: Graduation in ay stream with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates) is required to apply for MB degree course.
  • LLM: The candidates should hold LLB degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate.

Diploma course:

  • Engineering diploma: Candidates with a pass in class 10th exam scoring a minimum of 35% marks are eligible too.

AJEE 2023 Application Form

The candidates can fill the application form for AJEE exam 2023 through online mode. Interested candidates can visit the official website of the university to obtain the application form.

  • To fill the application form, the candidates are required to enter their basic personal and academic details.
  • Scanned copies of candidates’ photograph and signature should also be uploaded in the application form.
  • Candidates need to provide their choice for appearing in the examination either online or offline at the time of application only.
  • After providing the important details into the application form, it can be submitted along with the application form.
  • The candidates will receive a registration number upon successful submission of application form.
  • This registration number along with a copy of the application form should be kept safe by the candidates for any future reference.

Application fee:

  • The candidates need to pay an amount of Rs. 500/- as application fee for AJEE 2023.
  • Payment can be done online using the facility of net banking or via debit card/ credit card.

AJEE 2023 Admit Card

  • The admit card to appear for the AJEE 2023 exam will be made available on the official website of the institute.
  • The candidates are required to download the admit card, take a hard copy and carry it to the exam center while appearing of exam.
  • Admit card will also be sent to the registered email address of the candidates and can be downloaded from there.
  • Those without a valid admit card will not be allowed to appear for the examination under any conditions.
  • Candidates should note that no admit card will be sent to them through post, courier, or any mode other than online.

AJEE 2023 Result

  • The authorities will declare the result of the entrance test in online mode. Candidates will be able to check the result by visiting the official website.
  • A merit list will be prepared of the qualified candidates on the basis of their marks in the entrance test. Separate lists will be made for different courses.
  • Selected candidates will then be invited for counseling and need to get their documents and eligibility verified.
  • After successful verification, the candidates will be offered admission into the institute.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: Is there any difference in the exams carried via online mode and offline mode?

Answer: Other that the mode of giving the exam i.e., either on computer or on paper, there will be no difference in the entrance test pattern.

Question 2: What important details will be printed on the admit card?

Answer: On the admit card important details of candidates such as name, category, gender, etc and that of exam, such as center, time and venue will be mentioned. Important instructions to be followed inside the exam hall will also be printed there.

Question 3: I submitted my application for AJEE but I do not wish to appear for the exam. How can I withdraw my application?

Answer: Once submitted, neither the application form can be withdrawn nor will the application fee be refunded. You can merely choose not to appear for the exam.
